Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of OneTapLedger, a digital kit for iPhone expense tracking with Apple Shortcuts and Apple Numbers.

Product

OneTapLedger is a digital product that may include:

• An iPhone expense tracker Shortcut file.
• An Apple Numbers expense ledger template.
• English setup instructions and support materials.

Compatibility

OneTapLedger is designed for iPhone users with Apple Shortcuts and Apple Numbers installed. It is not designed for Android, Windows-only workflows, or Microsoft Excel. Apple, iPhone, Shortcuts, and Numbers are trademarks of Apple Inc. OneTapLedger is an independent product and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

Digital Delivery

After purchase, customers receive digital access to the product files or download links. If you do not receive access after purchase, contact onetapledger@foxmail.com with your order details.

OneTapLedger is delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping, no printed package, and no shipping fee.

License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, or package the product files as your own product.

Refund Policy

Because OneTapLedger is a digital download, digital files cannot be physically returned and purchases are normally final once the product has been delivered or accessed. We may review refund requests for the following cases:

• Duplicate accidental purchase.
• Failed delivery that we cannot resolve.
• Corrupt or inaccessible files that we cannot replace.
• The product is materially different from the description on the website or checkout page.

Refund requests should be sent to onetapledger@foxmail.com with your order email, order ID if available, and a short explanation.

No Financial Advice

OneTapLedger is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking your own records and decisions.

Support

We provide reasonable email support for product access, installation, and setup questions. Support does not include custom financial planning, custom spreadsheet development, or device troubleshooting outside the product workflow.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
